Using the platform
By accessing OpportalistPlay.com, you agree to use the platform only for lawful personal entertainment and only if you are aged 18 or over. You must provide truthful information where age confirmation or support verification is requested and must not help anyone under age access the platform.
Access is provided without charge. We may change, pause or remove a game, feature or community room to maintain security, performance, moderation standards or policy compliance.
Entertainment-only games
The games are social casino-styled entertainment. OpportalistPlay.com does not offer or promote real-money gambling. Virtual tokens have no real money value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred or exchanged, and do not entitle anyone to money, goods, services or prizes of real-world value.
Game outcomes are generated for entertainment within the browser. They do not predict, teach or improve outcomes in any activity involving money or items of value.
Acceptable conduct
You may not interfere with game code, automate play, exploit defects, impersonate another person, harass members, evade moderation or use the platform to promote external commercial or real-money services. Community participation is also governed by the Community Guidelines.
Content and availability
Site design, game code, names, text and visual materials are protected content belonging to their respective rights holders. You may use them through the normal site interface but may not reproduce, resell or distribute them as a separate product.
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable and accessible but cannot promise uninterrupted availability on every device or network.
Enforcement and questions
